Hello and Happy New Year to All Jutras! I have just found this blog..fascinating history. I am hoping someone out there might be able to supply some missing details so I can finally determine which line of the Jutras family tree I descend from. I have been able to locate a marriage record of my 3x great grandparents, Joseph Jutras/Joutras to Louise Lemieux in New York City in 1845. The parents shown on the parish record are Jospeh Jutra and Amelie Brodeur. I have not found this couple in Canadian records. Does anyone have information on them? Also, I have been researching Hyacinthe(Jesse) Jutras married to catherine Bonenfant in Manchester, New Hampshire in 1848, and likewise cannot find any record of his parents. One one more! Charles Joutras married to a Marie Jane____ around 1850-52. They had a daughter, Emilie, born 1853 in Princeville. Again, no record of parents exist that I can find. My thinking is they may have all been related and lived and/or possibly born, in the U.S. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks,
